2. What data we collect and why

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide — name, company, email address, country, sector of interest and the content of your message — in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and deliver the services you request. The legal basis is your consent given when submitting the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 3 years afterwards for the purpose of maintaining business contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting regulations for concluded contracts).

4. Who we share it with

Your data may be processed by our service providers acting on our behalf — hosting and email providers and the form-processing service — under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your own EU member state.
